By default, the tracking is done in 10 minute intervals. However this can be changed in settings within your profile, should you want it to be more often or less.
Should you not get to your destination on time, you should go back into this page and extend trip with a new time of arrival.
Should your arrival time lapse (by default there is an inbuilt 30 minute delay, however this again can be adjusted within your settings page), then your emergency contact will be notified to make sure you are safe on the water.

Within SeaGuardian is a button for Safety Checks. This allows you to check each item one at a time and confirm you are fit to leave the dock.
Once submitted, this data sits against your sail plan or track, so should you need emergency assistance or push SOS, our Control Centre has all the information about the boat, and you have an insurance record.

This allows you, should you need it, to select one of the problems and the system will safely navigate you through problem solving.
Should you get to the end and it still doesn't work, then the system will connect you with one of our marine engineers.
